The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
